Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus rinsed and dried
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
For Serving
- balsamic vinegar
- squeeze of lemon
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- If you'd like, you can trim the thick ends of the asparagus. Even when roasted, they can be a bit tough.
- On a baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread into a single layer.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the asparagus just begins to brown.
- To serve, top with a splash of balsamic vinegar, a squeeze of lemon juice, or Parmesan cheese.
