Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast cut in half, about 6 oz each piece
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan shredded
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and lightly grease a glass baking dish (10 in x 15 in works well)
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together butter, dijon, and garlic. In a second bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan, dried parsley, and salt and pepper if desired
- Dip chicken breast pieces in butter first, and then roll in breadcrumbs to fully coat each piece
- Place chicken in oiled baking pan and into preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden brown
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or hot sauce. Delicious with additional mustard or even blue cheese dressing
