Easy Beef Stroganoff

This is a delicious beef stroganoff that uses ground beef, which you probably have in your fridge or freezer, cream of mushroom soup, which is probably in your pantry, and doesn't require sour cream or thickening with flour.

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2-3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt

  1. Start to cook about a half-box of pasta according to package directions as you get ready to start the rest of the recipe.

  2. In a large pan, heat the butter and saute onions until just turning translucent.

  3. Add paprika and a pinch of salt, if desired, and stir. Then add garlic and ground beef.

  4. Cook beef until starting to brown. Add cream of mushroom soup.

  5. Cook for about 5 minutes, then stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce.

  6. Taste and season with additional Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper, or salt if desired.
