You can also sautee the chicken breasts after pressure cooking to brown the exterior a bit -- either in the Instant Pot or in a sautee pan on the stove. To do it in the Instant Pot, take out the chicken and remove the juices and herbs from the pot, drizzle about 3-4 Tbsp olive oil in the pot (and add any seasoning you'd like), and set to sautee for about 7-8 minutes.
